- We accept return items within 30 days for a full refund. Merchandise should be unworn, unwashed and placed back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached. 

- Please contact to start a return. We will email you back within 48 hours.

- Refunds will be in the same form as the original purchase.

- A full refund will be applied to your account once the returning item has been shipped back to us and received.

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- All items marked 60% off are FINAL SALE. 

- All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

- We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. 

- Return labels are not provided for orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

In order to ensure inventory availability, we advise that you place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and return your existing item for a refund.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed pending the item availability and credit card verification.

- PTCL can not ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- We would love to offer international shipping but at this time, PTCL is not accepting international orders. We will update the website once this has changed.

- You should receive an email with shipping details and a UPS tracking number within 72 hours of your purchase.

-  If you do not receive an email within 72 hours of purchase, please email Include your order number and email address.

- Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.

- Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.

- Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

- Domestic orders over $20 receive free ground shipping.

- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico require a $35 flat rate fee.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive delivery confirmation of your order, yet you have not received your package, immediately contact for assistance recovering your order.

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To see the progress of your order, go to 'Order History' in your account.

2. I'm still waiting for my order.

Has your estimated delivery time elapsed? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 15 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

3. I've received an incorrect item, what do I do?

We want to fix any issues with incorrect items straight away.

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please email immediately to start a return. Once the wrong item is sent back to us and inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
